The Classroom Aide supports the mission to love, live, and share Christ through education at Olive Branch Christian School by assisting the classroom teacher in creating a dynamic and Christ-centered learning environment. This role is focused on providing instructional support, preparing and organizing classroom materials, and assisting with the implementation of lesson plans. The Classroom Aide is also responsible for supporting positive student behavior, fostering a respectful and safe environment, and monitoring students outside the classroom during activities such as lunch, recess, and transitions. We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified educators to join our growing team and support the anticipated expansion of our K-8 programs. Teachers are expected to demonstrate expertise in curriculum design, data-driven instruction, classroom management, and the integration of educational technologies to support diverse learning styles. A strong understanding of grade-level content standards and differentiated instruction is essential. In addition to fostering a Christ-centered, safe, and engaging learning environment, teachers will collaborate with colleagues, actively participate in school events, and build meaningful relationships with parents and the school community.
