Teachers are expected to demonstrate expertise in curriculum design, data-driven instruction, classroom management, and the integration of educational technologies to support diverse learning styles. A strong understanding of grade-level content standards and differentiated instruction is essential. In addition to fostering a Christ-centered, safe, and engaging learning environment, teachers will collaborate with colleagues, actively participate in school events, and build meaningful relationships with parents and the school community. Grade-level placement will be determined after hire based on experience, qualifications, and school needs.
