FULL CHRISTMAS SCHEDULE

HOSPITALITY

  • RWB Safety & Medical Team Keep an eye out for potential concerns.
  • FIT - First Impressions Team First and lasting impressions of Olive Branch from street to seat.
  • Set Up & Teardown Teams Assist in putting together and taking apart set up to ensure event excellence (typically for special events)
  • Host Team Creates a hospitable space inside auditorium to ensure that everyone has a seat, guide guests to the restroom, and facilitate offering collection.
  • Connection Central Team the bridge between the Olive Branch family and next step opportunities, such as small groups, summer camps, and more.

FAMILY MINISTRY

KidzVenture: Nursery - 6th Grade

  • Check In Greets and helps families check-in to KidzVenture as they arrive.
  • Teacher or Helper Nursery, preschool, or elementary positions available.
  • Soundboard Tech Soundboard tech for KidsVenture areas for 1st - 6th grade.

Youth: 7th Grade - 12th Grade

Youth Leader Directly involved in discipleship of Junior High and High Schoolers, through relationship-based ministry.
  • Youth Wednesday Night Leaders
    • Wednesday Small Group Leader: Building relationships with Youth in a small group setting.  Approx. 1 yr commitment. (All curriculum and training provided for you.)
    • Wednesday Co-Leader: Sit in as a co-leader to a small group leader, participating in building relationships with students. Approx. 1 yr commitment.
    • Wednesday Support Role: Helping with logistics for the service: setup/teardown, tech, etc.
  • Youth Sunday Morning Leaders:
    • Sunday Youth Leader: Participate in Sunday Morning services (role may differ, depending on spiritual gifts and skills), building relationships with students before and after service.
    • Sunday Support Role: Helping with logistics for the service: setup/teardown, tech, etc.

No previous experience necessary, we will help you!

  • Camera Operator

OUTREACH & WEEKDAY

  • Prayer Team willingness to pray over the needs of the church and hold those prayer requests in confidence.
  • Local Outreach Responder Receive and meet immediate and urgent needs of the Olive Branch family, such as grocery pick up, wildfire or natural disaster support, supply donations, etc. 
  • James Project Team of volunteers serving together in a large group for bi-monthly events. We typically need 30-60+ volunteers for each event.
  • Office Administration sort material, send mail, etc.
  • Building Facility paint touch ups, hanging material, assembling furniture, etc.
