As an educator, it is important to come before God with an attitude of humility, submitting to His will and to the pastoral vocation that comes with teaching.  The learning process should reflect these truths, and be rooted in Biblical foundations, while also being flexible to accommodate the various spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical needs of students.
